Create Your First Followup

Congratulations! Now that you have a shiny new FollowFox account, let's have some fun by creating your first Contact and scheduling a Followup to go with it.

We have 3 ways to help you do this. Choose what works best for you:

  If you haven't done so already, please log in to your FollowFox account before starting.

We'll Start By Adding A Contact

Tap/Click the Add Contact button Add Contact on your desktop, or, if you're using a phone, select Add Contact from the context menu   in the upper right corner of the screen. Once the New Contact screen appears, go ahead and enter any information you have about this contact. When you're done, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap/click the Save button Save.

Next, Let's Schedule a Followup

After saving your new contact's information, you'll be returned to the Contact Profile screen. It will display the information you just finished entering. To keep things neat and tidy, FollowFox doesn't display empty fields on the profile screen, But don't worry, empty fields are displayed when editing a contact. If you enter additional information into any previously empty fields, it will appear in the contact profile, once saved.

Tap/click the Schedule button Schedule (located near the top of the screen) and enter the Date you want for your followup.

If you have a specific Time, enter it into the field provided. if you don't, you can skip this step and FollowFox will automatically enter it as either Morning (9 AM), Afternoon (1 PM), or Evening (6 PM) depending on your Preference settings for Timezone and Default Schedule Time.

If you created a Quick Note, you can select it from the drop down list and it will be entered into the Notes field. If not, enter some comments into the Notes field to serve as a memory jogger for yourself.

Lastly, make sure to tap/click the Save button Save to record what you just entered.

When you've saved your followup appointment, tap/click Followups (if using a desktop) or the Main Menu icon  , located in the upper left corner of the screen (if you're using a phone). Your new followup will be displayed in the Followups list.

You Did It!

There you go! You've added your first contact and scheduled your first followup appointment.
